FELB stands for Far East Land Bridge and is an international logistics company in the field of rail transport, which organizes and provides containers between Asia and Europe on the basis of the Trans-Siberian Railway. The agreement with the first Russian partner TransContainer made it possible for the company to start the first pilot deliveries in 2007. Over the years, FELB has owned more than 7.000 containers and increased the frequency of train departures from 1 per week to 6 per week. More than 100 employees spread across locations in Austria, Russia and China now ensure efficient operation and sales of the service. Now it was time to breathe a breath of fresh air into the company's digital brand identity and that's where we came into the game with a complete brand relaunch. Starting with the logo and all brand assets up to the brand website, everything has been redesigned for increased brand value and, as a result, better customers.
Digital Branding, Webdesign
After our consultation, in which we had already developed a rough concept, we started together with the FELB marketing team with a kick-off meeting, where we discussed and consolidated the overall goals and strategies of the logistics company as well as all relevant details for brand development. The focus at the beginning was the redesign of the logo as well as the brand guidelines and all associated assets with a modern style that stands for future, dynamism and progress, but still communicates the core values of the company and those of the parent company RZD Logistics. Relatively parallel to this, the construction and development of the prototype of the brand website started, which was able to convince with a very minimalist and progressive design, adapted to the rest of the corporate design down to the smallest detail - for a unique and coherent appearance.
After a few intensive rounds of detailing and a very constructive and efficient collaboration, we put the entire digital brand presence of FELB on track with a new look and feel. The brand website presents the company with its range of services in a serious and attractive manner and at the same time enables the customer to search and filter current, free slots for an even easier booking experience. The new corporate design extends through all digital marketing channels and stands for a dynamic and future-oriented brand presence, which sharpens the external perception and ensures the acquisition of high-quality customer inquiries.
