The solution
At the beginning of the project, we defined the structure and structure of the new appearance in the kick-off meeting, and also developed a new design strategy that should give the brand appearance a modern, stylish and yet sporty look as well as simple and intuitive user guidance so that the visitor reached its conclusion quickly. The compact real estate search is intended to show the user all active properties with the associated information and the right contact person who handles the entire transaction with the buyer and seller together in no time at all. Furthermore, confidence-building measures and regular opportunities for contact should be integrated. The new design, paired with customized content from the customer, should increase the company's brand value, set it apart from the crowd and consistently attract the right customers.

The result
In intensive cooperation and constant meetings with the marketing team of the Brichard Group, a modern, digital one-of-a-kind in a class was created. The modern design is clearly based on minimalism and stylish design elements paired with high-quality content and a smooth motion design, which ultimately stands for quality, dynamics and progress and is reflected in the entire brand image. The user journey was developed from an intuitive perspective and with proven sales psychological standards and mechanisms. In order to further increase the brand value, we have relied on confidence-building measures, such as projects with case studies, testimonials, branding and pitch videos as well as individual personal branding elements. To top it off, we have developed a real estate search that gives the visitor all the relevant information in a nutshell, represents objects in an appealing way and creates trust so that he feels in good hands and wants to make inquiries. Through the coherent brand website and the trust-building approach, we have succeeded in helping Brichard to achieve an even higher, perceived brand value, which is reflected in high-quality customer inquiries, better applicants and a market leader image.
