The Coffeeshop Company® is an international coffee chain brand specializing in the sale of coffee specialties, fresh pastries, and snacks. The company was founded in Austria in 1999 and has since grown into a globally recognized brand with branches in various countries. The Coffeeshop Company® places emphasis on using high-quality coffee beans and offers customers a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato, and more. The cozy and inviting atmosphere in their cafes invites customers to linger and enjoy. As a branding and web design agency, we are thrilled to support the Coffeeshop Company® in their website relaunch and marketing efforts and to holistically implement the new brand website to increase brand value, emotionally anchor the brand in the minds of customers, and elevate the brand experience to a new level.

Right from the beginning of the project, our main goal was to clearly differentiate ourselves from the previous brand design of the Coffeeshop Company® and develop a new, fresh, yet sporty and exclusive look for the relaunch. We aimed for a clear structure that vividly presents the company's values and history, visually showcases products, and provides visitors with simple and easily accessible information about the offerings without any unnecessary detours. Additionally, we introduced Stories for the first time, capturing each customer experience akin to case studies to further enhance the overall experience. To achieve this, we designed the website with engaging content and animation-driven design to interactively guide the end user on their journey to the Coffeeshop of their choice. Through this approach, the user gets a sense of the company's expertise and experiences the unique moment of enjoyment digitally, yet very closely, creating trust and increasing the brand's value.
In close collaboration and continuous exchange with the Marketing Team of Coffeeshop Company®, we have achieved an incredibly appealing result with added value and a unique experience. The design reflects a confident and modern approach, accompanied by fresh colors and subtle animations. We moved away from the previous very bright tones and instead opted for a new dark color scheme consisting of two elegant shades of green combined with black. This direction was consciously chosen to bring more elegance and sophistication to the coffeehouse experience. At the same time, we maintained the creative approach with the coffee bean in the logo throughout the entire presentation, using it as various design elements. For each product category and individual product, visually captivating and informative product pages were created to showcase the company's expertise and success. As a new feature, we integrated so-called Stories, where we digitally bring customer experiences to life in the form of stories (case studies) - this enhances trust and the perceived value of the brand. Thanks to the cohesive and refreshing presentation, we have succeeded in providing Coffeeshop Company® with a successful brand positioning that attracts high-quality customers and increases the brand's value.
