The Starting Point
Resch Homes operates where discretion counts for more than reach. Vienna, Baden and Graz. A few curated properties, each one a deep mark of trust. The existing presence fell short of that standard. What was needed was a digital flagship at exactly the level the house itself operates on. Precise, elegant and expensive in effect. The benchmark sat in the international luxury segment from the outset, with houses like Sotheby's International. The presence had to read as unmistakably precise while staying perfectly calm.

The Stance
We built Resch Homes like a house in the digital realm. At its core sit our BrandCore Architecture and an exclusive design system. Two selected typefaces, a strictly composed colour climate of dark ink and warm bronze, a single accent, a bespoke wordmark, a bespoke crest. Every surface and every design element follows this commanding order, and the smallest detail is placed with utmost precision.
Above it sits a refined motion design that guides the eye and embodies elegance. The presence opens like a curtain. Properties step forward the moment you look at them, and every gesture has its reason. One principle carries the whole. Contrast creates presence, reduction creates value. Form, surface and typography carry the entire effect. What remains is a calm that reads as distinctly valuable while staying perfectly quiet.

The Result
The foundation is the BrandCore Architecture. It defines what Resch Homes stands for, where the house leads in its market and with what stance it appears. Everything else follows from this order. Positioning, category leadership and brand voice interlock and give the whole presence a load-bearing line. Every page, every word and every image sits in its place because the strategy carries it. On top of that sits the design. An exclusive design system binds colour, typography, brand and design elements into one closed foundation.
Colours, type sizes and spacing follow fixed rules, every component is defined once and identical everywhere. Every page assembles from this framework and stands at the same rank instantly. The result is an editorial calm that reads as expensive and stays consistent across every extension. From this the BrandSite emerged, the presence itself. The property search feels like a concierge, with its own map in the house colour, clear filters and a print-ready exposé for each property. The projects take the stage as references, and the motion guides the eye like a curtain.
Technically it all runs as a Web App on the latest standard, carried by a Headless CMS. The house maintains its own content, instantly live and bilingual, connected to its portfolio in real time and flawless on every device. The result is a presence from a single hand that makes the position of Resch Homes visible and grows with it over time. It attracts the right clientele, turns interest into qualified enquiries and holds its level for years. Resch Homes becomes the first choice in its own segment, online and offline.
