David Group is a family company with tradition, which operates with commitment and many years of expertise in the real estate business in the city of Vienna and specializes in the areas of buy, sale and real estate development. They advise their customers on all questions relating to real estate and accompany them throughout the entire process from appraisal to handover. Transparent and hassle free. Properties worth more than 50 million euros are managed, renovated and sold by David Group. The CEO David Yosopov has his roots at the Sveta Group and is going his own way with the founding of David Group. We are allowed to accompany him in this big step and design an exclusive brand website, which emphasizes the brand in its style and core values and successfully positions it on the market.

The solution
Right at the beginning of the project briefing, the clear differentiation from the old company was in the foreground and a fresh, modern and yet sporty-exclusive design for a new beginning was the objective. What was needed was a clear structure that reflects the values and history of the group to the visitor and provides clear information about the objects in a simple and straightforward manner. A transparency that is not only necessary in the real estate industry to encourage a potential customer to buy. The appealing content and animation-driven design of the site interactively accompanies the end user on their way to their own home, giving them an impression of the company's expertise, which creates trust and increases the company's brand value.

The result
In intensive cooperation and lively exchange with the marketing team of David Group, a visually appealing result with added value was created. A stylish, modern line has prevailed in the design, which is accompanied by fresh colors. We have gone away from the well-known, luxurious dark tones to a new, younger petrol tone in combination with warm yellow tones. This direction was deliberately chosen in order to appeal to the younger audience, which tends to be hesitant when it comes to real estate. Nevertheless, the idea of luxury was retained in the logo and reflects the expertise and success of the company, despite its young history. Through the coherent appearance and fresh approach, we have succeeded in securing a successful brand positioning for David Group, which ultimately leads them to high-quality customers and increases their brand value.
