The challenge
ERS Emergency Radiology Schueller, based in Switzerland, has been a leading provider of radiological reports since 2014, enhancing efficiency in healthcare and significantly improving care quality. Through their Academic Health service, they offer acute and elective X-ray, CT, and MRI examinations of the highest quality in all relevant subspecialties. Their clients include clinics and institutes in Switzerland and the European Union. ERS has commissioned us to redesign their brand website to increase brand value and solidify their expertise. The previous brand presentation no longer met the quality standards required to adequately represent the brand and attract the right customers.

The solution
During the initial meeting, ERS already expressed the desire for a fresh and modern design for their website. The outdated design no longer carried their industry-wide expert status to the outside world. The faulty structure confused the visitor rather than guide him through the important information. The end user was given too little overview, which usually leads to a website being abandoned quickly and potential customers being lost. In the consultation we then defined the strategy and the concept for the website, which took up exactly these points and determined a suitable solution.

The result
Through numerous, intensive meetings and conception phases, we managed to give ERS a minimalist yet modern, stylish look, which leads to a special kind of brand appearance thanks to the contemporary technological substructure and appealing content. Through a sensible structure of the website, we have succeeded in creating a simple overview for the end user, which presents the expertise of ERS briefly and concisely and at the same time leads quickly to the goal. The customer feels that they are in good hands and gains long-term trust and a mental reminder thanks to the uniform style of the website and the subtle animations. In the course of further cooperation, we implemented further branding assets and advertising material for ERS in order to expand the uniform presence. ERS - designed by PIXIT.
